Advocacy Visit to TEAM : Community Integrated Health Development

Brook of Life for the Vulnerable Initiative (BOLVI) Officials : Rev. Ishaku garba Tanko (Resource Mobilization Officer), Mrs. Magdalene Oyinze Bala (Administration and Finance Officer), Mr. Edward Mathew (Program Office) paid an advocacy visit to the management of TEAM : Community Integrated Health Development; the visit was in view of the partnership between both organizations in the area of capacity building, outreaches and test-kit supplies.

Visit to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)

The Brook Of Life for the Vulnerable Initiative in partnership with Advocacy for the Support of Prisoners & Indigents Right (ASPIR) visited the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP’s) with relief materials camped at ECWA LCB Bokkos in Bokkos LGA, Plateau State on the 26 July,2018. The relief materials included food, cooking utensils, clothing, blankets, bedsheets, etc.

2018 International Widow’s Day

The Brook Of Life for the Vulnerable Initiative marked the International Widow’s Day @ Barkin Ladi L.G.A on June 23rd, 2018 with widows from different communities in attendance.

Our guest speaker Mrs Cecilia Joshua Tuwan, the CEO of Advocacy for the Support of Prisoners and Indigents Rights (ASPIR), spoke on the rights of widows.

Food Support to Widows at Barkin Ladi

In its mission to provide care and support based on JAMES 1:27, the Brook of Life for the Vulnerable Initiative (BOLVI) team was on a food support and entrepreneurship awareness training program to widows at Barkin Ladi L.G.A. of Plateau State on the 24th of March, 2018.

Visit to Advocacy for the Support of Prisoners and Indigents Right (ASPIR)

The Brook of Life for the Vulnerable Initiative (BOLVI) under the able leadership of its Coordinator, Ameh Bala and his team paid a planned visit to the CEO of Advocacy for the Support of Prisoners and Indigents Right (ASPRI), Mrs. Cecilia Joshua Tuwan at her office on 16th February, 2018.

The visit was to establish a vibrant partnership in area of legal matters targeted towards meeting the social, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of indigents and vulnerable persons in the society.
